Hello my name is Jaden Prado, I am a rising Senior at the Montfort Academy. As someone who has played soccer my whole life, continuing to play with the talent I was given is something I aspire to do and to get better every chance I get. Ever since a little kid I never expected to get on a team and start immediately. I never had the expectation that I was going to start on a team right off the bat. Although I knew my potential and skill to play I never had the expectation that Im better than everyone else. Rather than starting immediately I feel that starting off on the bench and then making my way into the starting lineup through hard-work and showing coaches my ability shows that I don't mind where I start on any team. Even with my grades, I never had straight A's. Last year I decided it was time to switch it up and work harder for better grades and I received a 4.0 during my third quarter after working for it all year. The thing that makes me different from others is that I am okay without not playing, I believe that it is better to learn what the coaches like and learn from other players in order to push my way into the starting lineup.
