Personal Statement

My name is Alan (AJ) Anthony. I am finishing my junior year as a student scholar tri-athlete, currently playing for North Rose-Wolcott High School (Wolcott, NY).  I have been a starting player on the NR-W Varsity Soccer Team since my freshman year.  I was selected for “Wayne County League 2nd Team All-Star” for Section V Soccer for fall 2021.  I started playing soccer at the age of five as a member of Jets Soccer Club.  I have been a starting player on the U18 Jets Soccer Club Team since the age of 14.  In addition to soccer I am also on the Varsity Wrestling and Varsity Baseball Teams.  This season I placed 2nd in Section V class B2 for wrestling. 

A few of my personal strengths are physical fitness (I enjoy weightlifting), agility, speed, ball skills, communication, field awareness and academics.
