I am a christian, and my parents and my church family have greatly influenced me. My values inspire me to see the best in everyone, and prayerfully build others up. I've been passionately playing soccer since the age of four, when I joined my local YMCA program. From there, I played club for the Greater Cleveland County Soccer Association (GCCSA), Carolina Rapids, and Charlotte Independence. One of my proudest moments was when I made the All-Conference Team my sophomore and junior years of high school.
I have learned that I am extremely competitive. I strive to use that competitive energy in positive ways, by being a leader on and off the soccer field. I'm vocal and help advise my teammates where to be and what to do in an encouraging way. I also take every suggestion my coaches have to heart, and implement their strategies. Along with my love for soccer, I am equally passionate about my academics. My classes consist of honors, AP courses, and CCP classes (online classes from the community college). My dream is to successfully finish college and have a meaningful career, where I will be able to help improve the lives of others.
