2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I have been running cross country and track at St. Lawrence University since 2022 and maybe looking for a fresh start to continue my academics and athletics in probably just track. During 2022-2023 I had my appendix removed and had a strained quad. Which has led to running two cross-country races, being injured during both, and running healthy at the end of indoor track in 2023. I believe I have a strong work ethic to get the work done efficiently and can come back from various forms of adversity. I currently still have three years of track eligibility and two years of cross-country eligibility.
