My name is Paul Jacobson and I currently attend Tottenville High School in New York. I run Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track. I am a distance runner with a strong passion for succeeding and winning. I started running track as a Freshmen in High School and I immediately fell in love with the sport. Track has taught me the importance of hard work, ethics, discipline and mental strength. I have learned to always work my absolute hardest, even when nobody is watching. Becoming a member of a track team has been a rewarding bonding experience and has shown me the importance of teamwork. I always strive to contribute as a role model for lower classmen and to be a positive influence on my teammates.
I have a passion for setting goals, achieving them, and surpassing them. My goal is to pursue a challenging education in Physical Therapy and to become a member of a collegiate Cross Country/Track Team. I strive to be a strong contributor to a college track team.
I currently have a 95 average in school, am a member of the National Honor Society and have achieved Honor Roll throughout my high school years. I earned my High School teams Varsity Coaches Award during my sophomore year.
