I have been playing softball since I was 5 yrs old and have been in travel ball since I was 8. I absolutely love the game of softball and can’t get enough of it. Even though I am the starting pitcher for both my school and travel teams, I consider myself a softball player first. That’s because I’m happy to play wherever my coach needs me. Although if I’m not pitching, I typically play 3rd. However, I can play pretty much anywhere, even catcher.
I am considered to be one of the team leaders. I try to lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Every time I step on the field I give it everything I have. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players. I'm sure I’ll be one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
I also approach my school work and grades with the same determination and effort as I do with sports. I know that graduating from college is the ultimate goal. I work very hard to maintain a high GPA in high school and college won’t be any different.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible.
