Emily Patton '24 Recruiting Profile

Ever since the day I stepped on to the ice for the first time, I immediately fell in love with hockey. My love for the sport started with being the only girl on the ice to being on a team with all girls that are like my sisters. Ever since I was young, I always had the competitive edge to challenge anyone and be the best that I can be. No matter what it is I always strive to make my way to the top. I have the drive and commitment to accomplish anything. I love to challenge myself in any way that I can, whether that be in the classroom or on the ice. I am a high honor, advanced placement and Regents student with a 98 average. On the ice, I constantly try to find ways in which I can improve my game. I am willing to listen and ask for my coach’s feedback and put it to use.

I’m looking for a program that will be a great fit for me athletically as well as academically. I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the work-ethic, character, and leadership skills to make a significant impact on your program. Being a versatile and multi-sport athlete, I know I will be a great addition to your team!
