I have been dreaming of playing college softball since I was 10 years old. That's also the age I was when I took my first pitching lesson and I haven't looked back since. Whether it's weekends, free time, or family vacations I always find time to do something to improve my softball skills.
I attend a small rural school in western New York and I am fortunate enough to be a three sport athlete, however my passion is softball. I plan to continue my education and softball career at the collegiate level. I plan to major in biological sciences to eventually pursue a graduate degree to become a Physician Assistant. I love learning about health sciences and want to work in the medical field to help others. I have a tremendous work ethic and a never say die attitude. My coaches and teachers often tell me how proud they are of my work ethic and time management skills. I am able to manage playing three sports for my school and playing on a showcase softball team. I am on the honor roll, in advanced math and science classes, play the trumpet, participate in our school musical, an officer in Student Council, a member of SADD and I am our class of 2021 president. While playing volleyball and basketball I also fit in my off-season softball workouts and attend strength and conditioning sessions regularly.
I am a hard worker and aspire to play college softball. I love playing the game, pitching and hitting as well as playing 1B or 3B. I love being on the field and contributing in any way I can. I plan to continue working hard and improve in all aspects as a player and a person. I look forward to my future and becoming a part of a college softball program that feels like family and continues to make me a better person and player everyday while attending a school that allows me to pursue my passion of the medical science field.
