Sarah Harvey '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was 9 years old, that's also the age I began to fall in love with the sport. 

I attend a small rural school in western New York and I am fortunate enough to be a three sport athlete, however my passion is volleyball. I plan to continue my education and volleyball career at the collegiate level.  I have always had a passion for helping others and have chosen to major in Early Elementary and Special Education. My coaches and teachers often tell me how proud they are of my work ethic and time management skills.  I am able to manage playing multiple sports for my school and playing club volleyball. I was super exicted to be on our schools 1st ever Girls Flag Football team in the Spring of 2023 while also playing Varsity Softball.   I am on the honor roll, was accelerated in math, have taken multiple dual-enrollment college courses, I play the flute, I am a member of  Student Council, a member of SADD, a member of Women in Leadership, and I am our class of 2024 secretary. 

I am a hard worker and aspire to play college volleyball.  I love being on the court and contributing in any way I can. I plan to continue working hard and improve in all aspects as a player and a person.  I look forward to my future and becoming a part of a college volleyball program that feels like family and continues to make me a better person and player everyday.
