Hi, my name is Lana McCall. I am attending high school at South Caldwell High School and am currently in the tenth grade. My father inspired me to pursue golf in my high school career by encouraging me to practice every day and help me learn the game of golf. Even though I started playing golf during my sophomore year in high school, I have already developed a love for golf. I traveled to every conference match in the season with my average at 57.8 strokes for nine holes and with mt lowest round at 54 strokes. I set myself apart from other golfers and students by my positive attitude, constant motivation, hard work ethic, and friendly personality. I am always open to learning new things and expanding my knowledge of golf, academics, and the world in general. I have a goal to achieve a doctorate in medicine in the future, and I have even larger goals for myself on the golf course. I am persistently working to improve my golf game and academic grades. I understand that there is always room for improvement, so I will never settle and will always work to get to the next level. I hope that I will have the opportunity to bring my goals and personality to a future college golf team. Thank you!
Lana McCall
