Angelina Porcello '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Angelina Porcello.  I am just finishing my junior at Eastchester High School.  I will be graduating  in 2020.  I am a three-sport athlete but my passion and commitment has always been to lacrosse.  I have been playing lacrosse for 9 years starting with my town recreation league.   I also play varsity volleyball and basketball.   I am currently a starting midfielder on my high school lacrosse team as well as my travel team.  I have been on varsity lacrosse for the last 4 years.   This past season (junior year) I had a very successful season.  I had 59 goals and 16 assists.   I also scored my 100th goal which was very exiting.  I received the All league and All Section Honorable Mention awards.  My position is midfield but I can play attack or defense if needed.  I am hard working, focused and competitive.  As of now I want to become a teacher so I plan to study Education in College.   My goal is to play lacrosse in college and I feel with my skills and work ethic I should be able to accomplish that goal.  I am dedicated and a team player.  As a three-sport athlete I am familiar with the level of commitment it will take to play in college.   I would like to find a college that is the right match for me academically as well as athletically.
