I strive to be my best self and better those around me. Whether I am helping myself and others in challenging classes, clubs, experimental research, art, tutoring, babysitting, or at practice, I am up for any task. No matter how bad of a day I have off the water, on the water, the only thing on my mind is working as hard as I can and helping my teammates do the same.
Since I was five, competitions and tournaments were a constant in my life. In the Fall of 2020, I started rowing, initially to stay in shape for basketball and the upcoming AAU season, but as soon as I got out on the water, I knew: this was where I was supposed to be. From there, I dedicated myself to this sport and continued to work every day to be not only a better athlete but to maintain my grades and better myself as a person.
I love a challenge in the classroom and on the water, so I am ready for the life of a college athlete, and will continue to be the best version of myself every day to take me there!
