My name is Kara Michaelis. I am from Fairbanks, Alaska and am currently a sophomore in high school carrying a 3.8 to 4.0. From the early age of 5, soccer has been my passion. I began playing for the Eclipse Soccer Club when I was 11 and continue to play for them today! This organization, along with its coaches, has helped me to develop into the soccer player that I am today. My primary position is attacking midfielder, however, I’ve played the winger position as well. Although playing soccer in Alaska has presented me with many challenges, these challenges have inspired me to work even harder to be the best version of myself on and off the field. My long term goal is to play college soccer. Leadership, teamwork, hard work, and a love for the game are three things I always inspire to deliver.
