Irene Kalargiros '22 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was in pre-school all I've wanted to do is play soccer. My name is Irene Kalargiros and I am a midfielder from Manhasset, NY. I will graduate in the class of 2022.

I am driven by my desire to continuously develop and succeed in my life. I have a strong work ethic and work to the best of my ability - both on and off the field. I am most proud of my ability to stay laser focused on my goals and continue to persevere, even when I am presented with challenges along the way. My most recent soccer accomplishment is making the 2017-18 Region I ODP ID Pool, prior to joining the GDA. I was inducted into the National Honor Society in 8th grade and made the honor roll every semester in middle school. I am enrolled in all honors and accelerated classes for my freshman year in high school and plan to continue my academic achievement. My goal is to play soccer at the highest level. I am interested in a school that is academically competitive that can continue to challenge me as a soccer player and in the classroom.
