My name is Erica Rennie, and I play soccer at Red Jacket High School, as well as for a summer club called Midlakes United Soccer Club Inc.. In college, I hope to first attend a 4-year school to obtain a bachelor's degree in nursing. After that, I would like to gain experience and go on to anesthesia school to become a nurse anesthetist. Throughout my many seasons of multiple sports, I have come to learn I have good leadership and communication skills. I enjoy working as a member of a team and love the family-like bonds that can be created on these teams. Although I do want to work hard to gain skills and become a star player myself, I enjoy seeing my teammates become excited when they succeed and gain new skills. I am not afraid to step up to take a leadership type role in any situation, but I am also able to be a good follower and member of a group led by others. I believe that constructive criticism is necessary in order to grow, and am open to any new methods that may improve my skills. I would like to continue playing soccer in college as I fell in love with soccer from the moment I played in my first game, and I hope to bring my love of the game to the next level.
