To be a competitive swimmer you need to love the sport. I started this sport at an older age then most 11Yrs. I am not done and want more. Some qualities that will make me a good candidate for your swim team is my tremendous work ethic, I have always had to put 110% to be successful in all of my en devours,
At the age of 7 I was diagnosed with a learning disability, Auditory Processing deficit with a language delay. This diagnosis placed me in an inclusion classroom setting with resource room. At the beginning of my 9th grade year I would become a mainstream student achieving success. Since then i have been placed on the principles high honors list. I do not look at my learning disability as a weekness, but as a strength because it has made me who I am today. Swimming is an outlet and a natural feeling of belonging to something great. I am also a very humble and kind person looking for the good in everything and everyone. Always wanting to please my superiors.
