Running has been part of my life since I was in 10 grade but started being a distance runner recently in 11th grade and I cannot imagine my life without it Since i’ve only been racing got one year I already found how being a runner makes me a better person, it helps me keeping up and being organized with the rest of my responsibilities, it has helped me find some of my best friends, and more than anything it makes me happy. Although I have undergone many injuries my first year of running I never stopped pushing myself to my limits and bouncing right back in. Furthermore, academics has always being a priority for me and my family and going to college is an important and exciting milestone. It is my dream to be able to run at a competitive level for a college where I can be academically inspired and supported. Although I still do not know exactly what I want to study, I definitely incline towards computer science. I am looking forward to finding a good matching place and giving my best to this new experience.
