My name is Maggie Kennelly, and I am an all-conference 17-year-old Libero from Huntersville, North Carolina. I have played at the Varsity level all four years of high school. Playing volleyball since 4th grade gave me the opportunity to play with middle school students since no camps were available for my age group. My work ethic is strong whether in school, at work, or on the court. Being constantly challenged and learning new things is why I have always enjoyed playing on a higher level team.
A very special person once told me, "Sacrifice yourself for the ball!" That is my motto I live by each time I am on the court. I genuinely have so much love and passion for the game and would love to pursue it at the collegiate level in the 2024 season.
My #1 attribute is my positive attitude. No matter how I play that day, or what the score is, I will continue to have a positive attitude and cheer on my teammates, and bring my team up. I work hard, treat every game like its my last, and I always push my teammates and myself to be the best player they can be. I appreciate every teachable moment my coaches have offered me, and I am grateful for any criticism I have received because it only makes me want to work harder.
