Hello coaches, I am a man of actions and not words, I would like to take this sport to the next level and show you why I deserve to be at the next level in college. I want to be a person someone can look up to. Ever since middle school I always wanted to try something new so wrestling came and I tried it, I loved it and always wanted to get better at it. Throughout my 2 seasons in middle school, I lost every match and I was about to put the sport down but then all the frustrating times and the crying didn't stop me from winning. I could care less about what anyone thinks or said about me, all that does is fuel me and makes me more hungry. If you look at yourself when you are down that will be your biggest moment in life when you look back at it to where you are now. At South Central High School, I have found myself with my team to be MEN, not winners, even when we lose we find a way to come back and look at the mistakes we made and fix them and move on. When you lose don't think of it as a loss think about it as a lesson to learn.
I have been CO-Captain At south central high school for 2 years now and striding for 3 years. My favorite position in wrestling is the neutral position because when I'm up on my feet I know I can take you down every time before you try to get me. My go-to move is the double leg or Blast double. I usually place 3rd or 4th at most of my tournaments and win most of my dual meets but going for 1st.
My academic history is good I have a 3.7 GPA and make As and Bs and right now I am attending early college at Pitt Community College for college credits I have a job at Zaxby's where I work 1 day a week to keep the bread up. I never let schoolwork get in the way of sports but I always put school first.
I would like to attend a culinary school and major in that and also major in computer technology while also playing at a good level of Wrestling. But most important I would want to be a Role model to people and make them better because at the end of the day who is the DAWG?
