I am a student athlete at Staten Island Academy where I am a part of 6 clubs and assist with connected organizations. As a freshman I created the first ever leadership team from Staten Island Academy for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It was a huge deal for my family since my grandmother was diagnosed a few years ago. Family has been a large part of my life and helped shaped me. I’ve grown up playing basketball and golf, and last year learned to love volleyball as well. I enjoy myself while golfing because it challenges our mind in ways most sports can’t, and puts my instincts to the test. As a student athlete I’ll be able to handle the academic rigor of a school while practicing and being a part of a team. As a golfer I can promise to put everything I can into making me improve, and being fully committed to not only my team but my studies as well. My mother and father have taught me that school and sports are very important, but in order to do my very best I must be all in. What I can assure to any coach is that I’ll be there to work hard and am looking forward to be coached at this level.
